Super Video Speed Controller for Vivaldi
Vivaldi is based on Chromium and supports extensions from the Chrome Web Store. Install the extension in the Vivaldi profile you use for watching videos.
Add to VivaldiInstall on your computer
- Visit the Super Video Speed Controller listing using Vivaldi.
- Select the store’s installation button and review the requested permissions.
- Confirm installation, then use the extensions area in Vivaldi’s toolbar to find the extension.
Play your first video
Reload any video tab that was already open when you installed the extension. Start the video, open the extension and try a moderate speed such as 1.25×. Check that picture and sound stay in sync. If nothing changes, check the extension’s website access and whether another extension is also controlling playback speed.
Where is the extension icon?
Vivaldi can hide extension buttons in its toolbar. Check its extension visibility settings, or open vivaldi://extensions to see whether the extension is enabled. Test a video in a normal browser tab first; a sidebar web panel can behave differently.
