Super Video Speed Controller for Opera
Opera’s desktop browser supports installing extensions from the Chrome Web Store. Use the original Super Video Speed Controller listing and follow the installation prompts shown by your Opera version.
Add to OperaInstall on your computer
- Open the Chrome Web Store listing directly in Opera.
- Choose the installation button offered by the store and follow Opera’s confirmation prompts.
- Review the permissions and confirm. If Opera opens its extension manager for another confirmation, complete that step there.
Play your first video
Reload any video tab that was already open when you installed the extension. Start the video, open the extension and try a moderate speed such as 1.25×. Check that picture and sound stay in sync. If nothing changes, check the extension’s website access and whether another extension is also controlling playback speed.
If the store button is unavailable
Update Opera and reopen the listing. Check opera://extensions for a pending confirmation or disabled extension. Opera’s current FAQ describes installation directly from the store; older instructions may mention a separate helper add-on. Follow the current browser prompts.
