Best extension ever. This is clearly the best video speed controller and this is such an essential feature that should be part of every browser. It flawlessly integrated.

One of the best extensions of all time. Saves a ton of time, makes watching videos tolerable again. If you are used to podcasts at 2x, this plugin is a life saver.

I have to concur with other recent reviewers that this is indeed the best extension ever and has saved me huge amounts of time processing audio files with the configurability to change the audio step period and the value of the FFWD and RWD speeds. Thank you so much for providing this and please do not stop updating it! I don’t use it for video but instead for mp3 files and not only does it work with remote hosted files but you can drag and drop local mp3 files into the browser bar and it works for those too. This is better than VLC imho because VLC only allows a max speed increase of 4.0x before the audio goes silent. This one keeps the audio running all the way to max which makes processing files that are hours long take less than 10 mins! Incredible.

THIS EXTENSION CHANGED MY LIFE. Watching my video lectures for class is so much more enjoyable. Exactly 1.70 times more enjoyable. It also let’s me fast forward through boring YouTube intros and unnecessary dialog. THANK YOU!

Saves so much time. A must have. Responsiveness is great too. It works for ads too (if you have them) you just quickly fast forward and can watch the main video immediately. In comparison to Youtube basic speed modifying, this allows you to fine tune the rate to find the best specific speedup you need for the speech to be still comprehensible.

This extension is AMAZING!!! You only have to pay about $4 for the pro version, and it works amazingly!! I do have some feedback, though. I think you should have 2 decimal places for looping, allow more than 1 loop (so it cycles between them), and make it so you can lower the speed below 50%. Other than that, it was excellent.

This is the best extension ever. It saves me a lot of time. I got used to the 2x speed. Now I always watch TV series at that speed. It’s a really good way to save time! More time, more things to watch.
