The perfect extension just got better and fixed the speed changing when new video is loaded on lynda.com. Edit: Nope. the extension resets when ever the video is paused and then played back or when a new video is loaded on Lynda.com. I set mine to 0.60 and it resets back to 1.00 Please…PLEASE fix this and I will thank you all year long!! :-)

Can’t live without this. It would be nice if the speed stayed the same when switching between full screen and not, but it’s just a good suggestion.

Unobtrusive, easy to use, works on most videos and has an easy set of controls. Much more flexible than relying on a site’s settings. Speed settings increase by tenths, so it is easy to adjust per speaker. I use this more than any other extension. It really speeds up video training and other presentations.

I love it so far. Had it for 2 weeks now. I did upgrade to the pro so I can use it on songs that are saved to my computer. I am a musician and find this tool very useful. I have to change keys quite frequently up or down and this tool does it very nicely. I haven’t had a chance to use the loop or speed change yet but I know I will eventually. Slow down and loop a really tough part/line to learn will definitely come in handy.

This is the extension i use the most and that i recommend the most. I’ve saved probably hundreds of hours using it for the past couple of years. So thank you igrigorik for creating this extension! I got worried yesterday when it stopped working, giving some weird errors in the console about not being able to connect to something. Fortunately it is now working again. Anyway, I just wanted to say “thank you” to the developer and to show this extension is loved by the community, hoping this plugin is not affected by the changes Google is bringing to Chrome.

A huuuuuuuge time-saver. Had to watch a whole bunch of training videos for a job, and this made the slow speakers in the video so much more bearable.

Necesito esto para el móvil, ya sea Android o para Apple. Soy adicto al Video Speed Controller y no puedo ver nada sin el ¿Alguien sabe como hacer que funcione en el móvil?
