Honestly, this extension is one of the most helpful I’ve ever used. I recommend it to everyone who wants to speed up or slow down videos to see better or just have fun. It even makes it more precise when you increase or decrease the speed, with 0.05, and also, it works on multiple sites, not only YouTube! Thanks for this invention!

Option to put it on the top right corner, the Youtube Channel Subscribe button is now on the top left, exactly where it’s at :(

The best extension. Worth to install. Even this extension has a price, I will pay. I can’t bear to watch not famous movie or stupid youtube without this. If this extension has gone, I’ll crash my laptop.

This has been such a life saver. I finally get to control the speed of work related training video’s so that I don’t fall asleep because of people speaking to me like I am slow

This is exactly what I was looking for. I’m in a video course online and their video players only goes up to 1.5x speed. I wanted to go up to 2x. I had downloaded another extension before but it didn’t work. Yours had the explanation on what to do if “The speed controls are not showing up for local videos?” Thank you so much for that! It works great.

This extension has saved me a LOT of time watching lectures! The warping of the audio is seamless with minimal digital artifacts! As long as your download stream can keep up, this app will work wonders!

Works great! For YouTube specifically, I still use ImprovedTube (https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/improve-youtube-open-sour/bnomihfieiccainjcjblhegjgglakjdd), since it has more features. But I use this extension for controlling playback speed on all the other sites with html5 players (I just added youtube.com to its domain-exclusion list so I don’t have two playback-speed helpers there).

It’s one of the most useful apps out there to the point that I immediately install in every new browser! It has made binge watching so much easier and less time-consuming. Notable side effects: I get accustomed to the fast speaking and then everything seems so slow!

If I had this extension before I watched 1,720 movies, it would have saved me 690 hours - or nearly a month of my life.
