This is amazing as it works on canvas extreme restricted UNI native lecture video embed system when no other extension would. Big props to the devs.

This is my favorite extension to use in my lineup. It’s useful for skipping “un-skippable” ads by either forwarding time or just speeding them up, and it works wonderfully for all the streaming services I use - especially the ones who don’t offer speed controls at all. The speed window is moveable and is close-out-able. So don’t be worried about it’s location, or visibility when watching content. A quick refresh of the page will bring the speed controls back.

Thank you very much for making this – I was very recently losing my mind that Sound Cloud doesn’t have a playback control. I love that it literally took only four clicks to go from not having it installed to having the podcast playing at 1.5x speed.

Thought I would have no need for this extension, but turns out I was wrong. Unobtrusive and makes controlling video speed via keyboard shortcuts so satisfyingly smooth. Very flexible settings for setting the increments just right.

It works! Tried it on Discovery Plus and works like a charm. I’m so used to watching higher speeds on youtube this is what I need for sites that don’t natively support changing playback speed. Also like you can go in .10 increments if you need more granular tuning. 5 stars

You know when people say learning music today is very easy compared to the 90’s? This is one of the reasons.

Been using for 3ish year, such a good tool. I use it all the time, and it literally works on anything. It is most useful for sites that you cannot speed it up (mainly homework sites).

it super great however i find it difficult to watch things at 1x speed and this just won’t work on bbc iplayer, when I first installed it it worked on everything but now it won’t work on this particular website, which is upsetting as I want to watch the new doctor who episodes but i cannot

One of the best and most useful extensions I’ve ever used! So much utility, it saved me a lot of time and brought QoL improvements for consuming content. Setting speed of any media is easy and can be customized to your liking. The ability to have global hotkeys for speed and going backwards is amazing - now I can just press my combo to go back a few seconds if I didn’t see/hear something in the video on my second monitor, without leaving whatever it is I’m doing on my main screen. I’ve been looking for an extension like this one, but none could do all the things I wanted them to except for this one.

Пробовал много разных и похожих, но возвратился к этому расширению,потому, что работает стабильно и на всех видах проигрывателях. Не"мозолит"глаза своим видом, сидит в уголке экрана и появляется при наведении курсора. При необходимости его можно “таскать"и устанавливать в любом месте экрана, для удобства. Запоминает скорость просмотра для каждого просмотренного видио, аудио. На YouTube, но просто не заменимая отличная рабочая лошадка, когда необходимо побыстрее или по медленнее прокрутить ролики. Спасибо автору!
